Chelsea Gimby is a B.C Registered Acupuncturist with 14 years of experience.
Her training includes gentile energetic Japanese Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture as well as trigger point sports Acupuncture (similar to IMS). Her experience and training allows her to tailor each treatment to the specific needs of the client.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands on therapeutic neurological technique. Cranial Sacral Therapy eases restrictions in the head, neck, jaw and spine. Unwinding stress and promoting deep relaxation, it is used for migraines, whiplash, TMJ, insomnia, chronic stress and trauma.

Chelsea Gimby is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist with 18 years of experience.

Chelsea’s interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine began when she sustained a serious back injury while studying modern dance. After years of trying different treatments to relieve her back pain she decided to try Acupuncture. Within three months of treatment she was pain free. Inspired she began her studies…..

Chelsea completed her 4 year Traditional Chinese Medicine Diploma in 2006 from the Canadian Collage of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Her training included a 9 month internship in Xian China.

Chelsea’s main focus is Classical Chinese Medicine, specializing in the treatment of physical, mental and emotional pain, hormonal imbalances, neurological issues and preventative medicine.

Chelsea’s approach is to tailor the treatment to improvement of overall health and well being of the individual, rather than simply treating the presenting illness or symptom.

Chelsea’s scope of practice includes: Acupuncture and moxabustion, Twina (Chinese style massage), Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Diet therapy and Qi Gong.

In 2022 Chelsea added Neuroptimal Neurofeedback to her practice. Neurofeedback is a technology that works with the Nervous system and brain and is used for TBI’s, neurodivergence such as ADHD and Autism, and chronic stress.

Holistic approach to massage I have been practicing massage for 20 years working in multiple spas and on friends and family I am passionate about my work and enjoy helping people improve the way they feel. My familiarity with different disciplines has taught me to see the body holistically, not only focusing on one area. The use of these different disciplines has helped some clients live almost pain free . Working with all people from children to seniors is very rewarding . I personally and strongly believe that massage can improve your quality of life, whether it be through relaxation or removing muscular tension in the body. I recently decided to open my own business again, since covid . This ambition led me to Thailand to learn Thai massage. It was a wonderful experience and taught me many new methods of accomplishing the best results. I now use it in my Massage Practice daily. It has been a great benefit to my clients and myself. I am accepting new clients at this time
